Shipping Policy

For our retail customers:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your rug is in stock, your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 

We will send you tracking information when your order is leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

If your rug is not in stock, you will be notified by email and your order and pre-authorization will be voided.

Shipping Rates 

For our Canadian customers: We provide free shipping on orders above $50 to all 10 provinces and charge a flat shipping rate of $29.99 on orders to the 3 Territories

For our U.S. international customers: We charge a flat shipping rate of CA$29.99 on orders to 48 states

Shipping Times 

Shipping takes approximately 1-6 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery times apply after your order has been shipped.

For our wholesale customers:

• Please allow up to 5 business days for in-stock items to ship with the exception of the weeks following a trade show and under extraneous circumstances.
• Pre-order products will be shipped with your next order as soon as the product becomes available
• Orders containing multiple packages will be shipped at the same time but may be delivered separately
• Shipping cost is calculated after your order has been packaged and the amount will be reflected on the invoice
• We will contact you prior to shipment to set up your preferred method of payment.
