Returns & Exchanges
We love to have you try our products without the guilt of being stuck with them if they do not work out. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return for an item purchased within Canada, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-844-659-2289. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Just use this label & drop off the package at the closest carrier location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 72 business hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

For product exchange to another size or product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
