Nice carpet but poor quality

I really wish I liked this carpet more. as a heads up, it's lighter than the images but still a beautiful carpet. The company is great, good customer service, speedy delivery. Unfortunately the carpet is very thin and sheds a lot. I've had to vacuum it numerous times in the first week to remove some of the lint as it was coming off on our clothes. I really hope this isn't a constant.
